Q: Changing from yearly subscription to lifetime deal

I have a yearly subscription from the playstore, due to be paid again in march 2026. How do I activate the lifetime deal and cancel this yearly subscription? I can cancel it now, but I don't see where I can input a code inside the app to activate my purchase within the 60 days.
