I love Humata so far for the highlighting and video timestamps which make the citations way superior to other platforms like current notebook lm and chatgpt etc, and privacy, folders with permissions, and successful dedicated founding team. There are opportunities to improve the prompting itself (system prompts, model selection/byok, and prompt saving for sequential execution like building an agent...)
my question: In the unlimited users use case, can we cap their questions/documents so 1 user doesn't handicap the quantity of total users' ability to use?

that would be good I think per chatbot yes, or like if the user logs into our website or has a tag via google analytics or GTM, could we somehow prevent 1 user from flooding all the month's questions/pages limit?
like I know if you put a website/* it could potentially (even accidentally) hit a high number of pages if it's a big blog site.
