Q: I AM WORRIED ABOUT HEARTBEAT.
It is becoming very difficult to contact Heartbeat support as I am not getting responses even after 10 days and I also can't login to my Heartbeat site anymore. Is your platform down or are you having hosting issues? I am commenting here because I am not getting any response through any other means. I am considering refunding if I don't get a response soon. I can't base a customer facing product where it goes down or where I can't contact support when it goes down. Thanks.
