I'm so glad I picked Heartbeat up.. I shut down my WordPress and LearnDash site after migrating everything over to Heartbeat.

There are a few key things that need to be improved upon, such as spacing for threads and coure titles.. it currently only holds about 10 characters and then cuts it off. I'm dumbfounded how this being such a popular request is still not done and you can see it so easily.

and support.. well that's another story. It seems support isn't available on Wednesdays and Thursdays which to me is a big no no. The message "we'll be back on Friday" always appears when I need help the most.

Documentation needs to be updated, simple things I looked up didn't match the interface, then I have to submit a ticket and then get the message that support is back on Friday.

With these three basic issues that bug the heck out of me, I do not regret picking up Heartbeat at all and can't wait to launch.
