Amazing app but don't expect support.
Really disappointed to have to leave this review with any negatives at all.
They have built a superb app here and I think, as they continue with development, it will only get better. To be clear, it is worth every penny and, if you're wondering, yes, you should absolutely jump on this before it's gone.
Unfortunately, the support lets the app down completely.
They say that the chat box is the fastest way to get a response and publish that the approximate response time is one day right there on the chat box.
Three days later, I'm still waiting.
They also send you a bunch of onboarding emails, each of which says to reply if you need anything, so I tried that, too.

In their responses, they claim that they're overwhelmed with all the new members and they're running behind on support.
That's okay as long as it's not being used as a crutch, which it feels like it is here. Worse, don't publish a 1-day response time and then not respond in one day. Cardinal rule.
My experience may be an outlier but, at this point, there is no way to get support if you need it and you'll need to work it out yourself using the provided videos.
