Finding a clean, simple and engaging online environment for people that connect with my online events has been difficult.

The community platform created by Heartbeat is ideal for my purposes. It is visually appealing and the navigation throughout the platform is simple and intuitive. The incredible flexibility of the platform enables me to create many options for my different community needs in one place.

The video support for onboarding admins is very detailed. Having an onboarding call with Murtaza has given me greater confidence in the platform and its future development.

As with any new platform, there are bugs but the Heartbeat team are listening and moving to correct errors and improve the platform. This gives me hope for a long term future of this product.

The Heartbeat community platform is demonstrating the founders are very user focused. The planned feature development will only enhance the platform.
