I absolutely LOVE Heartbeat - one thing I think is great is you constantly see them adding and adjusting the app. I have used it as a communication tool for my guests who are coming to my travel events and am currently switching from Facebook Groups to this!

For my second purchase (I also go for the full unlimited members) I plan to use it as fan club for my podcast where I will see premium content and host a more open Facebook Group chat.

Things I'd Like to See:
- Ability to control the DM system better. Individually by person is sometimes needed instead of by group.
- Ability to change wording for individual pages i.e documents (this may have been fixed in a recent update)
- Going Live w/Video - I would love to really push all my content to one main place but my content focuses heavily on live video. The go around I have right now is to use Teyuto (which was purchased here on AppSumo) and link it within Heartbeat. Not horrible ... :-)

Overall I really felt like Heartbeat allowed me to grow a community with my guests prior to travel and helped create a unique experience. The developers seem to keep being highly involved and are LISTENING to their customers wants and needs. Highly suggest and I hope Heartbeat only continues to grow!
