I'm trying to contact support to solve a problem with the magic link login process. My clients are complaining that the magic link process is too cumbersome and that they want to log in using a normal username and password.

Can someone from support please get back to me on this?

I've tried dropping time on your calendar like you suggested when we last spoke but there's no time available at all.

Support isn't answering my question. Please respond asap as this is a dealbreaker for me. If I can't get his issue resolved i'll need to abandon the platform and get a refund.
