I bought a team pack for birthday presents for my family so we could share reasonable ai tool usage. (I also shared some usage with a school in Haiti to help teach empoverished children ai) I have been super happy, promoting the product to coworkers as well but the recent term updates are a concern:

7.4. Lifetime Licenses

7.4.1. Lifetime licenses, where offered, grant access to the Services for the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. “Lifetime of the product” means the period during which Hedy continues to offer and commercially support the specific version or service tier.

7.4.2. Lifetime licenses remain subject to:

All terms and limitations in this Agreement, including Service Limitations (Section 3.3)
Fair use policies and reasonable usage limits
Availability of Third-Party Services, including AI providers
Our right to modify or discontinue features (Section 14). 7.4.3. No Perpetual Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Services will operate indefinitely. Lifetime licenses do not obligate us to maintain compatibility with future platforms, continue specific third-party integrations, or provide unlimited resources.

I originally came back to Appsumo's Hedy page to see if there was still an offer for my wife (for work), that’s how much I value it. It’s become an essential part of my day-to-day routine regarding work and projects.

The grouping and search features are superb, making it easy to keep ideas, notes, and ongoing work neatly organised without losing context. Hedy really helps me stay on topic, especially when I’m juggling multiple projects or brainstorming sessions with various teams.

What I appreciate most is how actively the Hedy team improves the platform. New, genuinely useful features keep appearing, each one making the workflow a bit smoother.

It’s one of those tools that quietly becomes part of how you think and work every day, and you only realise how much you rely on it once you try to work without it.

This is hands down my best buy from AppSumo so far. Hedy has become an indispensable part of my daily workflow—I use it almost every day without fail.

Hedy is the kind of application you find that not only pays for itself in dividends, it also makes Appsumo worth the yearly fee as well.
The user experience this app provides is pretty fool proof, and the fact you get a desktop and phone app makes it even better. If Hedy would offer new tears I would jump to the highest offer without even thinking about it.

What I wish it could do
- I really with it could allow meetings to be hosted in app. That way suggestions could show up in the meeting window (kind of like Cluely does).
- It would be amazing if Hedy could analyze uploaded audio.

This really helped me a lot in terms of going back on not only the recordings, but also the key points during the meeting!
This is a game changer!
And the updates? always!
I hope that this product continues to grow!
