I’ve been really enjoying my experience with Hedy AI so far. What stands out the most is how flexible and powerful the context system is, being able to tailor it to my workflows (sales, meetings, strategy) makes a huge difference.

It’s been especially helpful for organizing conversations, extracting key insights, and turning ideas into clear next steps. You can really feel the potential once you start using it intentionally.

I’m excited to see how the platform evolves, features like deeper integrations, improved real-time coaching, and more customization would take it to another level.

I picked up the Hedy.ai LTD in March 2025 and have used it consistently every week since. That alone tells you something — plenty of AppSumo purchases sit dormant after the novelty wears off. Hedy didn't. It's become a real part of how I operate.

The Windows app is a welcome addition and works exactly as you'd expect. My primary device workflow is smooth and reliable. The Android app has been equally flawless — no complaints whatsoever.

One honest note: on iOS, I've had the mic cut out twice mid-meeting, which meant those recordings were lost. It's happened only twice over many months of use, so it's not a dealbreaker — but worth knowing if iOS is your primary device.

Best workflow I've found

Candidate interviews. Ask every interviewee the exact same questions, record each session with Hedy, then use the AI to compare responses across all candidates. The consistency matters — it gives the AI something structured to work with, and the output is genuinely useful for making hiring decisions. It's transformed how I evaluate new hires.

I recommend Hedy.ai wholeheartedly — but with one caveat: you have to actually use it to get the value. Like any AI tool, the ROI is proportional to the reps you put in. If you're recording meetings regularly and willing to engage with the summaries and analysis, this tool pays for itself quickly.

Solid product, active development, and a team that clearly cares. Two thumbs up.

Lastly I will say that I did purchase this for $59.00, however I would be just as happy with it at $179.00

Two days ago, I had an over-the-phone consultation with my son's orthodontist and wanted to take notes. So I put my phone on 'speaker mode', tapped into Hedy, and Hedy took all of my notes for me, better than I could have even had I recorded the call and taken notes afterwards. I now have 14 pages of notes in a Google Doc that I can reference whenever my son has questions. This is just a small fraction of what Hedy can do.

You can also "Solo Brainstorm" to bounce ideas off of Hedy and have a conversation to gain new ideas and guidance on virtually any topic. This is one amazing tool that is worth every single penny of your investment.

I've been using Hedi for quite a while now – and honestly: What this Hedi AI is capable of when it’s not just doing the standard stuff (imo) is simply amazing! For a lifetime deal that promises virtually unlimited "capacity," it’s practically magic.

The support? Lightning-fast and super helpful – as a customer, you really feel well taken care of here. I don’t want to go through every single use case, but let’s just say this much: Hedi AI with the lifetime deal is an absolute knockout. This is what it means when software is continuously developed, you have fast support, and it’s all wrapped up in one package – it doesn’t get much better!

There are always those deals you regret not grabbing later. But to everyone who doesn’t have Hedi in their toolkit yet: Go for it! I bet you won’t find another lifetime deal like this. And the best part? One account lets you use Hedi on all your devices. Just super convenient!

Can't say enough about Heady AI. From the first day I got it, I had a meeting. I was up and running in less than 15–20 minutes. It took exact, phenomenal notes. The only thing I was hoping for at that time was an audio playback. This morning, I saw an update that listed several new features, including an audio feature that lets you listen to what you recorded. If you haven't tried this, it is over‑the‑top phenomenal. I've looked at a lot of products, and five tacos isn't even close. You need to double it up and at least give it 10 tacos, if not 20.
