Q: I already have Heights but I'm confused about some new terms you are using in this latest offer such as "Products" and "Contact Lists".
What do you mean by products and how they are limited? As for the email campaigns, are these leads or do they have to be students already? Will existing users get access to, or be restricted by, these features? I could find no section for contact lists.
While I'm asking, how does one check to see their current limits? I looked in settings to no avail.

May 14, 2024A: Glad to hear you are already a Heights customer! If you purchased via AppSumo, the terms of your previous deal don't change. You will not get restricted in any way by purchasing more codes.
In our previous deal, each additional code stacked added 400 active students. That was also before we had "contacts", as we didn't have as many email-related features like email campaigns, announcements, and challenge email sequences. Previous customers had 1000 contacts per code automatically applied to their account when we introduced these features.
The way this deal will work for existing AppSumo customers is that each code will add 500 active students and 1500 contacts to your limits, unless you already have over 10 codes, in that case, an extra bonus is added and you will get 1,000 active students, and 1,500 contacts per code for code 11+.
Since you are an early adopter, you don't have to buy 10+ more codes here to start getting that bonus. If you already have 10 codes on your existing account then purchasing additional codes here will automatically apply the 1,000 active students, and 1,500 contacts when stacked in the same account.
You can find your limits by going to "Heights Billing" in the dropdown menu at the top-right, and then scrolling to the bottom of the billing page. If you have issues finding this, please email our support and we can help!
Thank you!
Thanks a bunch. I've got more studying to do in order to fully utilize the latest features.
