Q: Loving the look of this so far and just seeking some clarification on a thing or two (which I haven't been ...
able to find in all the info i've read, sorry if I missed it)
1. You said in a reply to a question that over 90% of your users are coaches. Does Heights include tools a coach needs, such as calendar appointment bookings, automated reminder emails, Zoom (or other video calling platform) integrations, ways to manage group coaching and 1:1 coaching, client pages, etc? https://satoriapp.com/ is a good example of a platform which covers all those...but they don't have the great course features (and many other things) y'all do.
2. If you DON'T have specific features for booking and managing live video/in-person coaching, are they on your roadmap and is there at ETA for them?
3. If they are NOT on your roadmap, do you have workaround solutions which won't drive me insane trying to set up? 😉 Zapier integrations are all well and good, but they can be maddening! How are other coaches on your platform currently dealing with this?
Thank you for your time, and all the best. Hope to be signing up soon 😁

May 14, 2024A: Hey Nathan!
Glad to hear that, and I'm happy to provide some clarification!
1. I am thinking you might be referring to one review where I said: "90% of our user base are coaches, entrepreneurs and small businesses". I was clarifying to a yoga coach that she was the exact kind of customer were looking for because based on initial conversations with her over email it seemed that she thought we were targeting traditional education and business compliance training uses, which are not our target market! I'm happy to say that this customer although concerned at first, I believe is still using Heights today as her primary platform!
So I generally refer to our customers as "creators" which I'd define as independent entrepreneurs, coaches, and creatives who want to monetize their knowledge online.
The service you are referring to is definitely gear more specifically to coaches than we are. How our coaching options work at the moment is that Calendly and other scheduling tools can be embedded the purchase content of a Digital Product in Heights. You can set digital products to be purchasable multiple times, allowing a customer to book multiple sessions with you.
2. We don't provide specific booking or live-call features right now, but we are looking into a built in calendar booking option as a future release!
3. No Zapier needed for what I am referring to above. Simply using the embed option of your booking or meeting software of choice.
To be clear about the coaching aspect with you, it isn't common for coaches to use Heights solely for selling one-on-one or group sessions in this manner. It is more common that they offer this in addition to their other courses or memberships!
I hope this helps!
Hello!
Glad to hear you are loving Heights so far!
1. If you created 3 separate courses around that, which are sold independently, then yes, you are correct!
2. If you want the advanced messageboard content completely hidden from the basic customers, then yes, you would need multiple messageboards to accomplish this.
3. You could certainly put links to an external community tool, but we don't offer a way to embed an entirely different alternative tool in Heights.
4. We're offering better support for lead collection features inside Heights soon so you can capture emails without having to have people necessarily enroll in a free product yet, however a free product would count towards your limits just as a paid one.
5. Customers can adjust their email preferences from inside their Heights account. There are multiple settings for the customer to choose to unsubscribe from marketing emails only, or all emails.
If you are purchasing here on this deal today then we don't want you to have to buy a monthly plan either! That is why this deal will be here for a limited time!
Every creator is different and has different goals so I cannot make a specific recommendation of what is the best amount of codes for you right now. Some creators are purchasing more than 10 codes, but others are purchasing just a few, or even a single code if they are really just starting out.
Hope this helps!
Thanks so much for your kind and detailed response. I'm reading so many of your responses and I don't know how you have time for them all 😉
You're very welcome Nathan!
My fingers are certainly getting a workout with all the typing! :)
I'm grateful that my team is doing such an awesome job helping me out with the hundreds of additional questions coming through our support email and for our T-30 Launch course.
