Thanks for purchasing! We took a look at this and it looks like you were already able to get into your account and set up a custom domain as well! If you had already created the account and were not able to locate the subdomain via the Heights login page, it is possible that our web application firewall might have been a little too strict in blocking you from looking up accounts.

You can always login either by visiting your Heights subdomain directly or by visiting your custom domain now that you have it set up!
