Q: What's happening with your account creation system?

It's been failing for 30 minutes! I keep on redeeming my 1st code. I bought 5. I keep on getting an ambiguous message. I sent an email already with screenshots.

When I retried redeeming the same code, it took a while with that green thingy in the middle of the screen. Then it went back to the HP home page. I clicked login and entered my subdomain. It just did nothing and went back to the same login screen. What's happening?! I have high expectations from you. A simple account creation process is so difficult to do! I thought you're established already??! These errors should happen already!

I'm sorry to hear you experienced trouble in the redemption process. Accounts are being created every minute without issue.

If we haven't already responded to your email, please email us again right now and let us know you are Berdley from AppSumo and I'll make sure we can get you access right away!

After you redeem your first code you and create your account you will need to login to your new program. You can access your program at anytime by simply going to YOURSUBDOMAIN.heightsplatform.com. There is no need to go through our direct login page. Some customers have had confusion on our login page thinking they need to type the entire YOURSUBDOMAIN.heightsplatform.com, but only the subdomain itself is needed.

Hi Bryan. Yup, I got your reply this morning. Thank you.

Your system might be congested at the time I registered because it failed at least 5 times. I reused the same code and my account was not obviously created. I realized I have another open window for the redemption of your T-30 training course. I closed that tab and I retried redeeming my first code. I thought it worked because there was some delay this time around and I was prompted to log in. Yeah, I got prompted for the subdomain. I only entered the subdomain without 'heightsplatform.com' and it did nothing. It just prompted me again. That's why I entered the complete domain. Nada. Failed. I gave up so I emailed you and also asked a question here.

When I woke up this morning, I got a reply from you with nothing so extraordinary. I did the things you advised and it didn't work last night. But when I did the same thing earlier today, it worked. So something happened on your end and not mine. Because I did the same things. I got disappointed because I thought you have an established platform and things like this should never happen.

But I'm glad it worked. And I love the UI!!!! Thanks for creating a wonderful product. I forgot the issue I had last night! LOL. I'm tempted to get 10 more codes!!! Haha. Thanks again Bryan!

As we discussed over email, it sounds like the issue was that you were logged into the T-30 Launch course as a student while trying to redeem a code to create your own Heights account and this is what caused the issue. Once you visited the page again it automatically logged you out so that you could create the account successfully!

Our servers are ready to handle any bursts of creator or student activity! Last week one of our largest creators enrolled over 6000 students in less than 8 minutes during a massive launch!
