Bing Bang Boom!
So I picked this up late on Friday night in lieu of a real life. Thanks, AppSumo, once again. ;-)
Seriously, this is a STEAL. I've got one code and I just started putting it through its paces -- you can tell that it's been designed from a course creator's point of view. You can easily toggle between editing/admin view and student view. And the "Outline" tree is brilliant. The green is gaudier than heck, but whateves... at this price, I'm gonna complain about the color?
BEST, Bryan Mc did his homework on AppSumo launching -- you can see he anticipates questions and objections in his intro.
NO QUESTION there will be features missing that you'll find at Teachable or Podio or Thinkific. But at THIS price? With a well organized, ambitious operation from MY HOME TOWN... (GO PHILLY).
If you're planning on planning a course in 2020, grab this baby now. And let's give the dev team a bunch of bugs to fix!

May 9, 2024Thank you Bobby!!!
Regarding not being a fan of the green (first, thank you for being honest), I mentioned to you in a comment already, but I would to let others know here as well:
We have 15 total color themes available in your account settings at the moment, and are in the process of building a custom theme builder so you can choose your own custom colors without messing with HTML.
I know many may not be a fan of the default green, among other areas in the interface that we are looking to improve. We really wanted to have users choose colors during their onboarding process before we launched this deal (so they wouldn't have to ever see green at all if they didn't want to), but we had more important things to get ready like our recently released PayPal integration.
Regarding features compared to our competitors, I don't pay much attention to our competition because I don't want to be influenced by their way of doing things. While I definitely won't claim that we have every feature out there, I do know that customers have told us they are switching to Heights Platform because there are some features we have that our competition doesn't.
Thanks for supporting your home town! 👍
