Huge Value
I own and use several of these systems. Heights is one of the best but needs a little polish (In my humble opinion). Before I post my review I will also say they need to chill on people's feedback. I've sensed a little defensiveness in tone to feedback offered. Maybe its just email but my intentions are to make them not just good but excellent and the "go to" software in their niche. They can take or leave suggestions but don't defend why you do something. If you love it, so be it. The market will determine your fate. Now for my review... The actual training pages in the learner portal feels very "airy" and "techie" to me. I encourage them to go to 99Designs or some bidding platform spend $500 and get a designer to create a better portal. Customer experience is key. They also need a little polish on how they set up courses. In most advanced systems I can create 1 course and have multiple levels of access. For example, in my martial arts program in Kartra I can have 1 course, 10 modules and sell different levels of access all without creating a different course. I can also drip feed any lesson at any time (Which Heights does as well) I would also like a direct API to ThriveCart because tracking affiliates and an advanced features like building effective order forms are critical in today's market. Overall, you cannot go wrong with this offer. It's solid software and you can tell their heart is into making it good and being a leader. Support is fantastic. I never experienced a single bug in my test. For the price, it's a hug value. Get it today and you will be off and running making money with this tool.

May 9, 2024Thank you so much for the review!
Regarding my tone of defensiveness, I apologize if I came off that way! We are super appreciative of anyone who takes the time to leave us feedback about what they would like to see improved, because that is what will enable us to grow!
I'm can't tell for sure because your username is the default "Sumo-ling", but I think that conversations I had with you were actually one of the main inspirations and use cases that proved for us that the modules feature that so many creators switching from other platforms were used to was a necessity for some program structures (as opposed to creating multiple courses). We went and built our modules feature and released it in just two weeks after hearing feedback like yours. We also managed to implement it in a way that both answered everyone's needs, but still adhered to our vision. Our main criticism of modules was that there were situations where they weren't needed, so our modules feature is completely optional. Creators can add modules to break up their lessons at any time as their course grows, but unlike other tools, creators aren't forced to use modules on a small course.
So overall, please don't be discouraged from providing us future feedback because your feedback is critically important to us, and again I apologize if my tone in email didn't communicate how much we value your help!
The different levels of access you mention is a feature coming soon that we are calling "bundles". This feature will allow you to take any combination of your content (courses, discussion boards, projects, digital products), and offer access to it in a bundle package that you can sell at a one-time or subscription fee. You'll be able to sell bundles independently of paid enrollment plans and individually sold courses and digital products.
Once this feature launches, creators should be able to sell their content in pretty much any combination that they can imagine.
Thank you again!
