Very close to very good
The platform has come a long way and many new features (challenges, for example) are really improving it in marked ways. If you don't have many courses, this is a great deal and I'd jump on it. If you plan on continuously creating new courses, this deal isn't nearly as strong. I noticed that we can add on unlimited courses for $19 but even their standard Basic Plan $39/month pricing level allows for unlimited courses *and* unlimited video (albeit without white labeling). That $19 add-on alone makes it annually more expensive to use than LearnDash, for example. I haven't created enough courses to provide any additional insight as without unlimited courses (which makes this a non-LTD), we simply can't use it. But if you have a limited number of 'products,' don't miss this.

Regarding your feedback on the deal, there is one very important point I’d like to add. We’re creators ourselves and part of the reason we built Heights is because Wordpress solutions as other reviews here put nicely, “can be painful” for creators as the creator becomes more successful.
With this deal, you are getting lifetime hosting for your Heights site, and our hosting is far better than even a $50/month Wordpress hosting. Heights' creator sites are also protected by enterprise Cloudflare service! So forgetting about the hassle of dealing with Wordpress, updates, and managing your own hosting, etc. - the cost of providing similar level hosting on your own would already be much more than our $499/month Academy plan.
Now, creators starting out don’t need to have hosting that powerful, but if you are comparing costs for veteran course creators, it will always be more affordable for them to use a service like Heights than to purchase their own hosting, simply because we can include everything in one low monthly subscription thanks to economies of scale.
When it comes to products, if you are a new creator, don’t worry too much about how many products you need! When coming up with this deal we reviewed the data and out of thousands of creators only 1 percent of them need more than 30 products. The majority of creators only need a few products, including those who are running their full-time businesses on Heights.
