I've purchased it and tested it now here and then, but the German Output is horrible! Will there be an update in the next 2 weeks to the engine? If not, i have to refund, so sad it will be for me...
I have been very successful using HelloScribe for months now...until one day it just stopped working! I just kept getting notifications. I sent screenshots, and then my messages were deleted? It's been 3 days...no support, doesn't work. Bummer.
In general, we are simply trying to log in to our 'existing account' purchased Tier 2 - Lifetime plan. People in our squad were using this and suddenly as of 7/25 can no longer log in with email/pw or even the admin Google account. It says it will send us a password reset, tried that but still can't log in, nothing is working :-(
Will try to reach support at appsumo too... Maybe that will get us help?

Now it's working after so so many emails nonstop, sending support tickets, courier pigeons, and SOS smoke signals, and then miraculously, they reached out to me only after I noted the issue here... (should not take this much to get help...). What's strange is they also never followed up to actually tell me the issue got resolved... On a whim, I decided to check and today I could log in....

If you still have the time, just go ahead and refund and save your money. Support hasn’t answered for a week now, app is unusable under pretext that it’s undergoing updates. I think it’s game over.

My question was what has happened to the first draft editor? It seems a bit unfair to sell a lifetime deal and then take functionality away.
Have to say I liked Helloscribe a lot to start with, but development seems to be glacial, and now that you have finally updated things there's less than there was before.
It's a shame as you were one of my favorite AI tools a while back.
We did respond. Please check. However, we do have an updated tool called "Articles". It includes all the features you're used to, and a few more. Sorry for the any confusion this may have caused.

Q: Cannot log in.
Tried to contact support and sent a video showing that the new auth0 is NOT working. Multiple emails, but no one has responded yet...

Changing password doesn't work, Sending Verification Code doesn't work, Connecting through Google doesn't work... nothing works!
AND, there's no response from the HS team through their Chat box.
