I was frustrated to find similar products like helpshelf!
As on the internet, I found only intercom can deliver similar results although helpshelf only focus on the knowledge base, help center, and some integrations
But this is one of the most excellent deal I have bought, and I was excited to get this rare chance!
Quite disappointed, to be honest. I finally (and reluctantly) joined Appsumo Plus partly because of this Last Call offer for HelpShelf (and Missinglettr, bought both). But the $9/mo Business Plan upgrade offer is underwhelming, to say the least (unlike that for HeySummit, which I am gladly paying $10 extra every month). I probably will not ask for a refund: $98 (stacked) for life is quite a good deal already (thanks again, Ben and Appsumo), but I am expecting the same special add-on that unlocks unlimited websites like last time. A real encore, that is.

The $9 upgrade offer is only for those that want additional capacity and / or access to the Announcements feature and future Business plan features. This wont be for everyone, but we hope that for those that want these additional features that being able to get them for just $9 (down from $99) represents...
It is a brilliant idea to gather all your help information sources in an easy to access widget. I am thrilled that I will have LiveAgent, SupportHero, Facebook Messenger, Email, RSS Feed, Vimeo and YouTube all in one place for support.
It is amazing to be able to integrate great previous AppSumo purchases (LiveAgent and SupportHero). Integrations like these are vital for addicted sumolings, otherwise the tools will become useless and there will be no reason to keep buying tools that do not communicate with one another.
Ben said they are working on integrating with scheduling apps, what is also stated at their website. Please add Bookafy to you list, as it was a successful previous AppSumo deal.
I also would love to see vooPlayer and EventsFrame integrated into ShelpShelf. Then it will become the sumolings paradise!!!
I got two codes and I am glad I did!
