When i saw this, I thought to myself - why hasn't anyone done this before?!

It's really genius and "simple" idea, you aggregate all your support, tickening and bots into the same on-site-widget.

Developer Perspective:

Helpshelf immediately remove a ton of frustration for your web-developers - they don't need to have multiple widgets from multiple sources that break design and create a "cluttered" look - and they don't need to investigate the security of all of the different scripts injected into the site ( Still shouldn't include this on login or sensitive pages! ).

Visitor Perspective:

A clean, user friendly and FAST support experience where the visitor can get all of the information he needs - from multiple sources, in the same app.... I'm still astounded no one did this before ;-)

The Deal:

- Generous amount of sites
- Generous amount of sources
- A ton of traffic tracked (medium sites)
- More history than anyone would want to look through
- NO BRANDING ON TWO CODES! (And i can even add my own sexy logo)
- They even included detailed analytics which is super-useful
- All future updates :-D
- GDPR valid <3 ( Run from UK using Amazon AWS )

The only thing i could wish for is Agency support, but, knowing Ben - it will come soon!

All in all - I'm baffled, this is one of the best deals in a long time for me! ( And i have a lot of deals! )
