+1 Channel
+1 Docs Site
You add extra coupon(s) in your HelpSpace workspace (Settings > Subscription > Redeem Coupon).

Q: Hi, I just bought 2 codes.

overall, Help Space looks great!

I'm facing my first issue:

I would like to use the contact form that I already have on my website to create tickets.

But I can't find a way to do this. Even your integration with Zapier don't let me create a Ticket (only a customer...)

My website form is built with Gravity Form

Do you have a way to create a Ticket using a 3rd party website form? (with Zapier or not)

PS: I'm not a developer so I have no idea how to use the API

Q: Do you have multilingual UI for end users?

I really don't mind having english on the backend, but I need spanish for end users...
If you don't have it, any way to colaborate with you to make this happen?
