A: Yes! You can stack as many coupons as you like. Every additional coupon increases your HelpSpace workspace with +1 User +1 Channel +1 Docs Site You add extra coupon(s) in your HelpSpace workspace (Settings > Subscription > Redeem Coupon).
I really don't mind having english on the backend, but I need spanish for end users... If you don't have it, any way to colaborate with you to make this happen?

A: In the backend, we support 7 languages: Dutch, English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, and Italian.
Q: Please add Omnichannels and back to run LTD again.
Without OMNI Channels, it's hard to add your widget in my site without chats.

I'm facing my first issue:
I would like to use the contact form that I already have on my website to create tickets.
But I can't find a way to do this. Even your integration with Zapier don't let me create a Ticket (only a customer...)
My website form is built with Gravity Form
Do you have a way to create a Ticket using a 3rd party website form? (with Zapier or not)
PS: I'm not a developer so I have no idea how to use the API
