Q: Zapier / Twilio Api connection for new ticket, Would it be 2 ways connection?
Which means we can respond to the SMS right inside the helpspace ticket system using zapier?
If we only receive ticket from SMS via zapier to helpspace but we cant respond back to the SMS via helpspace as a 2 way connection that would make the connection useless.
Please clarify

May 15, 2024A: With the API, you can read and write into HelpSpace.
Unfortunately, I cannot answer the SMS question, but my first impression is that it won't work because we send our reply via E-Mail.
