What first drew me to HelpSpace is the amazing UI. Both the ticket system and the docs/knowledgebase are beautifully designed and intuitive to use. The docs tool comes in 3 different designs (Help Center, Documentation, and Blog) which is pretty cool since similar products usually just have Help Center functionality.

A support widget and Twitter integration will be released soon and I am particularly excited about the support widget which will embed the docs functionality and allow your users to search your knowledgebase without leaving the page that they are currently on.

HelpSpace is a young product with great core functionality but there is still a lot of room to grow by refining and adding new features. I suggested a bunch of features that I would like to see and the team has been friendly and very thankful for my feedback and will be prioritizing many of my feature requests.

This is a deal that you don’t want to miss because the product is constantly evolving and will continue to get better and better.
