We will use it with the goal to replace freshdesk in the future - why? because the support is great and its a german company so its 100% GDPR compliant.
Right now we use it for one company which has not so much tickets because we are waiting for some improvements by the developer but for this money you get a really good system with al lot of great features in the future.

During the onboarding process, I did not get my unique email address to forward my tickets to. So I'm just stuck here. Also, not sure what the deal is with automation. I would love to take a closer look, but I can't test anything without being able to setup my email address.
I'll update my review once I have more details and I have a chance to really dive deep into this. Buyer beware, not a quick start if you run into this glitch.
Also, there's not chat support on their dashboard. You have a link to the support guide, and that guide has some kind of contact widget, but there's no indication that a image or screenshot can be uploaded. So I have to wait 24 hours (probably) to get a response where they'll want a screenshot, then wait another 24 hours to get a response from that point to see what's going on. Sigh...
Also, looks like they don't have any automation setup, I have no indicator that they received my message or what kind of turnaround times they work with.
I love Helpspace interface. Everything is clean and easy. I like that it creates a ticket number automatically upon receiving an e-mail.
Setup is a breeze, they point you the steps inside the dashboard, and all you have to do is follow and confirm each step. It also has DKIM integration.
Support is amazing, you can see they really listen and will do the best in their power to help and clarify any doubts.
The self-served pages are beautiful, one of the things i really liked. I only miss having an app, but truth be told it is responsive and can be accessed by the mobile browser, and i believe at sometime they will consider it.
To summon up, you will have all your support tickets in one place (instead of only in the mailbox) in a clean and beautiful online dashboard, and be able to create docs and support pages that you can reffer in tickets, as well as give their links for people to search in (in your own customized url due to cname option). Suits well small teams (considering the code limits) and it just works. I'm very pleased with it.

I thoroughly enjoy using the app for it's beautiful layout and ease of use. However, I can't use this on my professional site due to the HyperSpace branding in the footer. I don't mind paying extra to remove it. I'm using it for my personal blog site only because of the HyperSpace branding.

5 tacos from my side. I like HelpSpace very much. Simple, yet excellent. Clean UI and straightforward UX. I was surprised how easy it was to setup my first channel and get it work so quickly. Support is also very responsive and helpful.
I have been struggling for sometime to find a balanced cost to feature set ratio in a support solution for my project and finally found one where the scales are tipped in my favor with Helpspace. I have tried more support software implementations than I'd like to admit getting my help desk up and running and minimize the time and effort needed to support the solution.
HelpSpace has been incredibly easy to set up and customize and while its branding is never fully removed the solution here is so well done that I'm actually proud to have my site display "Powered by HelpSpace". I've tested quite some tools for customer support, and Helpspace is a very elegant solution for customer support.
The UX/UI is great, and it works flawlessly.
This deal is not cheap, but, if you want to support your customers with something that work, this is the one.
I hope they add integration with social networks anytime soon, because often customer will send messages in different places.
