A beautiful Customer Support solution for dummies.

I will write this review in 2 parts.

Part 1: Why I bought this instead of other help desk solutions out there.
Customer care and Help desk solutions should be simple to use. Servicing client is a tough task and a software should make you life easier and this is exactly what HelpSpace does. This too with a beautiful and well thought out UI. Everything is self explanatory and exactly where it should be. There are small bugs and issues here and there but this is understandable as this is still a growing product. One time I faced a 503 error on my help page while setting it up. I emailed support regarding this and my issue was resolved within 20 minutes. I am missing a chat box style contact system which is due to launch this December. (The option is already present in the setup page but it is disabled right now).
Beside this, Design is a big part of my business model and HelpSpace Client side interface is beautiful to look at and easy to navigate which fits perfectly to my brand. If UI and UX means anything to you just get this.

Part 2: Functionality.
Using it is very simple. A client sends an email to your designated email address and a ticket is automatically created for that query. From there you can reply, change status of the ticket, assign it to a team member easily. Sending reply to customers is easy and I can also insert a link to any generally asked question, brilliant.

Some features I am missing right now are, social media channel integration like facebook chat, twitter and Instagram channels. But I read somewhere twitter is coming soon and I hope more channels are added soon. I would also like to have a form on the support page which clients can use to create support tickets. Right now, sending an email is only option. I hope chat type beacon will solve this. Overall if your support does not involve complex ticketing system which is shared across multiple teams this is more then enough.

Conclusion:

A good start, beautiful UI/UX, easy to navigate front and back end and a easy to reach and responsive support team, if you are looking for this you can't go wrong with Helpspace. I hope they launch a proper LTD on Appsumo so that I can stack up more codes to my account. This has potential to be among big player in next few years.
