Average Deal & Poor Customer Support
In terms of quality for money this deal is fairly average - previously much more advanced helpdesk software has been available at a much lower cost however needs must. I do have a issue with the level of support - so far it's been 1 week since purchase and the HelpSpace team are still unable to resolve email forwarding issues. The assigned agent continues to quote from outdated documents and make reference to options that don't exist in the O365 email platform.
