Incredible UI/UX. Onboarding and setup was done so well. The design not only looks amazing but it is intuitive and fast.

Really happy with the doc site and the email ticket is top notch. You can tell the time and care that went in to design and development.

They just released the widget which is amazing as well. If you need a support email and documentation solution don't pass on this one.
