Q: Hi there Would you consider integrating with Yodel.
io a previous AppSummo deal that we use for receiving and sending SMS as well as responding to support requests via VoIP service. It would be nice to receive SMS messages and voice ails from Yodel.io.
Also, are you familiar with Gorgias (https://www.gorgias.com/)? Given your Shopify integration, how would you compare?

As we have already integrated with JustCall and Twilio, so integrating with Yodel won't be a problem at all. Regarding Gorgias, a great product & we have built an integration with them for another product of ours, it works pretty much the same way we integrate with Shopify. Only one thing is missing from our end i.e. Chat widget, which we are already working on and plan to launch by end of April. Hope this answers both your queries.

2. Would say that Helpwise is an alternative to Gorgias? In the sense that it is a directly competitor and you have similar functionality?

2. We are similar products with different positioning. They are targeting online stores are their target segment. We are focusing on helping small & mid-sized businesses who are not necessarily early technology adopters. Gorgias will great if you have run customer support for your ecom store, for other use cases Helpwise will be a better fit.
So, no direct competition as such but will definitely be compared in the name of shared inbox :)
