I really like the direction of Helpwise. I like that the focus was on integration from the start. I am using Helpwise so far for a team inbox and for a few personal inboxes. I look forward to adding more integrations in the future like Slack.

What I like:
- Clean interface, similar to Google
- Number of integrations
- Overall ease of use
- Ability to add a helpsite

Things on the roadmap I will definitely use:
- Unified inbox view - right now you have to click between inboxes to view each one separately, but I know this is on the way
- Native Gmail integration - I would love to be able to have this and not just forward but actually sync with Gmail - maybe this will sync contacts too?
- More mobile app development - also, this is a matter of time, but it's a good start with what's available

Requests:
- A delete/trash icon once you enter an email - currently you have to open an additional menu to delete
- Swipe options on the mobile app - it would be so much easier to delete on the mobile app if there was a swipe right or left option for that
