This is the email application i was always looking for. I can share my company email inbox with my team without endless forwarding of emails. I can use aliases easily so outgoing emails have the employees email address without me paying for a whole new email account. I can assign emails easily to employees. I can use my email inbox as a support software, team messaging, etc - possibilities are endless. When an employee leaves the company, I can easily remove access to the company inbox. This is everything I always wanted Outlook and Zendesk to do.

But don't expect to use this app right away. Expect to buy it, and keep submitting bug reports. The settings in the app are a little buggy. But based on the success and quality of this teams other apps, I'm sure Helpwise will become a truly amazing product. I've used the other apps by this team, and they are world class. Killer features are Whatsapp and SMS integration. Whatsapp is essential if you do any business outside USA, and SMS integration via Twilio is amazing.
