Really excellent start
This is my first ever review on here but this software is the answer to three very annoying problems. I run an online business and we have many email accounts associated with the domain support@ legal@ sales@ etc etc.
Problem 1 - its a total nightmare keeping track of them all and providing a consistent approach.
Problem 2. We get a lot of emails - they range from product queries, technical questions, testimonials and random requests. In order to cope with this I have developed a complex tagging system in the main gmail account that lets me 'assign' emails to certain tags and then batch them.
Problem 3. There are 2 of us but we want to bring a VA onboard.
After a couple of hours fiddling about Helpwise has fixed all three problems. I have forwarded all the accounts ( I dont mind the forwarded mail btw) so everything is in one place (hurrah) and I have recreated a simpler tagging system as this lets me assign to team members so less complexity is needed.It also lets me have extra team members so we have a personalised interface and no shared passwords.
i haven't even looked at auto saved replies yet - I use text expander a lot but this might reduce that too. I have used helpscout in the past and did like it but I prefer this and it is better, more flexible, lovely interface and an incredible one off price.
I had an issue with forwarding from Gmail (which turned out to be a browser issue) and support were highly responsive and v helpful.
Anyone managing multiple inboxes will not go far wrong with this. Thank you!
