So Far So Good - Huge Potential
What's on offer here is huge - there's a hidden threshold with many SAAS products that have prevented us from going 'all in' with our team - either a large price jump from the 'base' level to the level with some features we really need, or just a higher per-user price than we can really justify given that we have many contractors and subscription fees can quickly add up.
Ticketing and communication is one of the most important parts of keeping a business running smoothly and not letting things fall through the cracks. We've been looking for a great offering in this space and Appsumo looks like it's delivering a great tool with Helpwise.
I love the fact that there are already native iOS and Android apps, albeit they are quite bare at the moment. I also love the roadmap and openness of the team to listen to feedback and course correct based on our interests. Some of the best Appsumo deals I've purchased are 'the best' because they are backed by a responsive, open development team. I'm very excited about the future of Helpwise and how it can help me grow my company.

We launched these apps as MVPs (basically to avoid any over-engineering in early days) and with the use of valuable feedback of our users, we are rapidly building on top of it.
