Q: On the personalized image, can I upload a unique image for every prospect?
Or is it the same image with a unique name on it? If I can upload a unique image, is there a way automatically do that via json?

Jun 17, 2024A: The idea is you can upload an image (for example you holding a banner or mug) and you can overlay personalized text on top, for example saying "Hi {first_name}", so that the recipient sees a personal welcome.
If you want to use a unique image per prospect, you can simply upload these images on your server, and save the image URL in the CRM (using any of the CRM fields, like profession etc) for...
Nice will that embed the image in the email when you do it that way?
Q: For a work space can they be separated per group of emails.
Example if I had 1 product that's only unique to 1 set of clients and had a second product that would only be good to an additional client but everything is sent from 1 email address can you divide these leads into seperate lead groups as long as you are using the same out will this work?
Basically I sell the same product to everyone but they are tailored to that specific industry/business. Please let me know asap so I can make a decision on purchasing thank you very much.

May 15, 2024A: You can create different campaigns inside your workspace, and then segment your CRM contacts by folders if you want to achieve this.
Seperate workspaces are more for having complete separation of contacts, email accounts and team members.
Q: Lemlist has a feature where you can pull the clients URL in as the custom image does Hexospark offer this?

Q: Will webhooks and integration be available in the Tier 1 once launched?
or it will require more codes? i see the only AI feature you have is available at 345$ ,5 codes. An outrageous price when many Email apps around offer this at Tier 1.

Refer to others question 1 GB storage is size files upload to Hexospark. It's possible to delete old files and upload new files but still under 1GB? Thanks

Sure, you can delete any uploaded files to reclaim storage space.
Contacts don't use any storage, only files uploaded to a contact or personalized images count towards this, so most users barely scratch the storage allocation.
You get 1GB per stack if you think you'll need more.
