- Hi, I have been trying to get support for HexoSpark for a while and no one responds. Same for their other products I'd purchased (Hexomatic and Hexofy). Are these all dead and not supported any longer?

- On the personalized image, can I upload a unique image for every prospect? Or is it the same image with a unique name on it? If I can upload a unique image, is there a way automatically do that via json?
- For a work space can they be separated per group of emails. Example if I had 1 product that's only unique to 1 set of clients and had a second product that would only be good to an additional client but everything is sent from 1 email address can you divide these leads into seperate lead groups as long as you are using the same out will this work? Basically I sell the same product to everyone but they are tailored to that specific industry/business. Please let me know asap so I can make a decision on purchasing thank you very much.
- Lemlist has a feature where you can pull the clients URL in as the custom image does Hexospark offer this? Thank you very much
