Business_ideas_by_JesusQ: I had been using your software for the last few days and have a few questions I can’t wrap my head around.
1. When customers message me thru Bubbly, how do I know which page they were watching when they messaged me. This is important because if they’re asking for specs or price of a product in a page, there’s no way to tell which product they’re talking about unless I ask them.
2. When customers use Bubbly, even if I reply back immediately they don’t see it, do you inow if there’s any particular reason why?

thanks for your questions.
1. While you are chatting with a visitor, the current page is displayed on the bottom of your conversation as shown on this screen: https://i.imgur.com/wv4PzA8.png
2. Unfortunately I can not answer this since I don't know the reason.
However, when you send them a message, 3 things happen:
- There is a popup with your message while browsing your website,
- the counter of the bottom-right bubble is increased,
- a notification sound is triggered.
