Hey Oliver has been on our roadmap for some time. It's a fantastic tool that we've been testing to include more in our main web site, and provides us with a more marketing-focused version of intercom. We primarily use it for chat but some of the marketing tools show us that Hey Oliver really gets it. Would love an iPhone app for the ability to quickly chat with visitors on the go, but using it via the web works quite well in the meantime. Still one of my favourite appsumo purchases.
