Hey Oliver was the best match for our needs
I’ve tried so many website chat tools...either they have too many options or not enough. From paldesk to get gist to Customerly to birdseed I really tried them all and we stuck with Hey Oliver. The marketing campaigns that you can do from within the widget are nice. The integrated knowledge base that you can put into the widget is great! And we have one of reps on our fb chat and one on our website chat with Hey Oliver and it seems to be working perfectly. It may not have as many options as get gist or Customerly but that’s not what we were looking for. We wanted a simple to use chat on the site that also allowed for faq or knowledge base and simple promotions we could embed into the widget. Hey Oliver does that all for us. Great experience so far. And it’s easy as pie to set
up.
