Overall, very cool system.

BUT I just tried to ask them about what was up with some things not working and causing my site to have a really long load time ~ but the form wasn't working on their site. It ate my message.

So I tried the chat. "Our chat is currently experiencing issues and messages may not be delivered. Please refresh the website and try again."

Then I went to MY chat. "Our chat is currently experiencing issues and messages may not be delivered. Please refresh the website and try again."

Oh, damn! Take that tag down.

I wonder how many people tried to chat with us but couldn't get through? I wonder when this issue started. This is the only way I can contact them since both their messaging system and chat are down.
