Bad response time on support. I have reached out 2 days ago, on the chat, and stil no answer. It's in the middle of the week, no holidays, or weekend. So the owner do not look at the site/email/chat daily? Waiting for a reply, so if this is how it starts I'm conserned about the product.

Bugs and where's customer support?
Seems great. Worked as expected. But I sent 2 emails with 1 video that had a bug recording. Haven't heard back from them. One bug prevents us from editing the page name. And the second is preventing embedding a webpage URL into a clicked tab. Their contact email on website yielded no responses.

Lovely design but AI Bot Integration is restrictive
Really like the design and functionality so far and can see a lot of use cases to send custom proposals to people.
However the usecase that is going to be standard very soon is embedding a chat bot with the company information, but I am concerned about how Heybase are limiting any embeds apart from their own chatbot.
Please Heybase team recognise that AI dev is going so fast, and companies will have their own custom & complex AI Chatbot solutions connected to their own databases that can't be replicated with the one you are developing with just adding a Google doc etc.
Please consider using AI in a different way and at least don't restrict embeddings in here or you will cannibalise your own audience.
Otherwise I think it looks great and I can see a lot of use cases for it.
Please pay attention to the feedback you're getting here and about customer service as I'm sure it will serve you very well as you scale. Good luck, look forward to growing with you guys.

Just upgraded to tier 2
Really happy with everything so just upgraded to tier 2. Yes, there's a few bugs and it can crash when doing things, but majority of the time it's all working fine. Very happy and it's made sending proposals quick and easy

Too many bugs & no support
The sales rooms itself look great, but sometimes they are broken. They have a support forum, but they basically give no quality support. Another problem is that you cannot create sales rooms with custom variables so that a VA (or even api) could quickly create them for different prospects. They tell that this will be available or even party is, but it doesn’t work and help documents are often outdated.
I really really hope that somebody develops a similar company and tool, because the idea is GREAT. But the development and lack of support and reliability are a no go.
I started using Gamma for my purposes now… hopefully the founder will find a drive for excellence one day, because the sales rooms could be phenomenal.
