I'll give more tacos when and if this is fixed. Until then we're probably looking for a better product. I've tried out several password managers for our company. This one's OK, until it's not. You are given a recovery code when you install. This would lead you to believe you can easily recover your passwords if your MFA device is lost/ not functioning, etc.. However, the recovery code only transfers the required MFA to another device. So if you don't have second phone or tablet to use to authenticate (Keep in mind it's a full transfer, not just a quick I'll use this one) then you have no way of recovering your passwords. Ridiculous. I just found out first hand when I lost a day of work. Otherwise, it's an OK product. It would probably warrant 4 stars barring this major flaw. I've used other more expensive options and they are better with more bells and whistles. The instructions on how to use it are non-existent. Although once you understand, its pretty simple. I did contact support via email. They replied within a couple hours. They couldn't actually help, but they did respond in a reasonable timeframe. Fix the issue and it's well worth the money.
We work with several remote workers around the world. IT literacy varies from worker to worker. (This is because different countries have different understandings of privacy.)
We cannot deny the possibility that some workers may share passwords and other information with third parties outside the company without permission.
However, with Heylogin, you can allow workers to use any service they use on their browsers without giving out passwords.
Since a smartphone and a computer with Heylogin installed are linked, it also prevents fraud such as a worker letting another person do the work.
Although heylogin is sometimes difficult to use due to conflicts with the password storage feature that the Google Chrome browser has, it can be used without glitches most of the time. If it is incompatible, just turn off Chrome's password feature and you will be fine.
I look forward to seeing this service develop further in the future. I think it is an essential tool for security when working with multiple members.

Hey Cat_Freak,
thanks for your review! Sorry for the late reply, but I don't check in here very often anymore.
I especially liked your point about the different understandings of privacy. Nowadays, as remote work gives you new opportunities, you have to pay attention to the IT security of your company.
I hope you will stay with us for a long time, we will continue to improve heylogin in the...

I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of heylogin as a password manager, it is well thought out and the iPhone app works great!
