Recovery method needs fixed
I'll give more tacos when and if this is fixed. Until then we're probably looking for a better product. I've tried out several password managers for our company. This one's OK, until it's not.
You are given a recovery code when you install. This would lead you to believe you can easily recover your passwords if your MFA device is lost/ not functioning, etc.. However, the recovery code only transfers the required MFA to another device. So if you don't have second phone or tablet to use to authenticate (Keep in mind it's a full transfer, not just a quick I'll use this one) then you have no way of recovering your passwords. Ridiculous.
I just found out first hand when I lost a day of work.
Otherwise, it's an OK product. It would probably warrant 4 stars barring this major flaw. I've used other more expensive options and they are better with more bells and whistles. The instructions on how to use it are non-existent. Although once you understand, its pretty simple.
I did contact support via email. They replied within a couple hours. They couldn't actually help, but they did respond in a reasonable timeframe.
Fix the issue and it's well worth the money.
