May 15, 2024A: Hello Jack, to answer your question, a seat in HeyReach means you can have a single LinkedIn account connected to it. However we allow the option for you to disconnect that account and connect another LinkedIn account on the same seat at any time. Keep in mind once you disconnect an account, all campaigns will be stopped for that account and you can only have one active LinkedIn account per seat.
Yes, the seats are the amount of LinkedIn accounts. 1 seat = 1 LinkedIn account.
However, you can invite indefinite number of team mates, who may or may not connect their LinkedIn accounts. We don't charge per team member, only per seat, so it's super useful to have all your team manage and reply to all of the conversations inside the unified inbox, without the need to pay additionally :)
