Q: Hello.
This software is interesting...
1. do you guys allow users to connect with people in linkedin via email so can I upload a list of emails and have connections requests sent to them?
2. Can I buy more email enrichment credits if i buy the license two plan as i would need 500 emails per month? If so how much?
3. I’ve heard from multiple sources that the limit for linkedin connection requests is 100 per week so how comes you reckon you can get away with 280?
4. Also, how long do I have to warm up a newly created account before it is ready to use with the tool or how long does it need to have been active for?
A lot of questions I know... Thanks!

May 15, 2024A: Yep, up to 40 connections per day, per account. That's based on the account's health, SSI score and acceptance rate. We control this automatically. Really good accounts can send more connections! Try it, you can even do it manually.
Yes, the follow-up feature works exactly like that! :)
Sending follow-ups until a person replies back, and you have them in the inbox.
Thank you!
1. It's a really cool idea. Let's add this to the roadmap! :)
We've been thinking about it, and I'm glad someone is requesting it! 🙌
2. It's one tier per one organization. You cannot migrate them into one.
It's 300 enrichment credits per tier (per organization, if you buy Tier 2). If you need more email credits, let us know over live chat or email, we'll be happy to assist!
3. A month ago - yep, but not anymore. All of the tools were exploiting the "send a connection through an email" thing. That backdoor is closed now.
4. Please write to ilija@heyreach.io about newly created accounts. He can share more information. Usually, people are using already aged accounts, as the new accounts are totally unpredictable, and LinkedIn may flag them (not because of an automation, but because of being just new... yeah, I know)
Thanks for the questions! 🙏
Great responses thanks.
Im not sure if i understand one though. So, you said 40 connections a day. So your tool allows 280 (40 connection requests x 7 days a week) directly through the linkedin platform? Have i got this wrong - this seems too high?
Also, if i send someone a message, can i automate follow-ups to that message and make it stop on response?
Thanks a lot for the quick answers
