Q: I purchased a Tier 2 plan.
I have a campaign running. When someone responds to my message, the campaign pauses. How do I resume the campaign for that contact?

May 15, 2024A: Hi, thank you for the question. The campaign is stopped for a certain lead when that person responds. This is the case because you should handle the conversation from that point on. If you want to add this person to a follow up sequence, please create another campaign with the follow up sequence set up and you can add this person there directly from the inbox.
