Sumo_ling_Q: I was one of your early supporters and bought the Premium plan LTD of your other product Howitzer.
Despite being on the Premium Plan (the second most expensive tier), it didn't get newly released features and I am not even sure what it does anymore since it seems like Reddit DMs were removed from Howitzer. Furthermore, with the upcoming Reddit API pricing, the whole product might not even be sustainable to keep Howitzer running.
Could you please explain what is still included in terms of features in your other product Howitzer? On the Howitzer website, you refer to HeyReach as "Howitzer for LinkedIn" Do you early supporters who purchased Howitzer get a HeyReach LTD or a discount considering that Howitzer might be discontinued given the Reddit API situation?
Will the HeyReach LTD include all future updates. I was pretty bummed that Howitzer LTD users got left behind and did not get new updates.

May 15, 2024A: Thank you very much for being an early supporter of our other product - Howitzer!
All of the LTD users have access to the tool (and the DMing feature as well; it's not removed for LTD users), and also got all of the new features added to it (Reddit Chat, Inbox, Filters, etc.).
We also still provide proxies for them (which is an ongoing cost on our side), and we plan to keep doing that.
Yeah, Reddit did a change in their API models, and it's affecting all of the tools (even their own mod tools; subreddits are crashing because of this).
We are still monitoring the situation to see how it will affect everything, and how we can still keep extracting the data (as Reddit is x10 harder to automate then LinkedIn).
If something happens with the Reddit API access and we become unable to support Howitzer for Reddit LTD users, we'll gladly migrate them to a HeyReach LTD.
Let me know if you want to get migrated from Howitzer for Reddit to HeyReach, and we'll happily do it on our own cost!
