Hmm, ok - now we're talking. I have a few more questions and one statement.
Questions:
1. Will this tool ever have it's own native CRM like breakcold? When do you plan to integrate your cold email outreach tool (and will that be included?)?
2. Do you plan to ever come back to Appsumo?
3. Why not a tier 3+ for more seats?
4. What is our cost per month if we want to add more than 3? 79?
5. What is our cost when we exceed the small number of email scraps? 100 would last me about 5 minutes.
6. Are you in any way affiliated with "HeyBase" - also on sumodays?
7. What level of support/customer service is included in the LTD?
Statement: Waalaxy actually does have a local proxy/cloud solution and has for some time. I've used it for the last 6 months without any issue whatsoever like many here on Appsumo. It's an amazing tool with w/some minor functional shortcomings! :)
Hey Mark, sorry, I missed these questions.
1. We've been thinking about this, but based on the customers' suggestions, we're focused more on integrating with existing CRMs (as companies rarely switch their CRM). For the startups and smaller teams, probably we'll add a mini-CRM, but it's not planned for the near future. Feel free to add this to our roadmap (https://roadmap.heyreach.io), and we'll think about it seriously.
As for the email outreach feature, we plan to add it in the next quarter. Probably we'll include one seat for the Sumolings' tiers when we add it (based on the cost on our end, as we're integrating a top-notch email provider with 99.6% deliverability, and it's a high cost on our end per seat).
2. No. It's a one-time thing probably :)
3. This is what we discussed and agreed with AppSumo. However, we're seriously thinking about this and discussing internally and with AppSumo. If we decide that we should add a tier 3, I'll let you know.
BONUS: We'll definitely have a special pricing per seat for the Sumolings who want to purchase more seats.
4. We'll have special recurring pricing for the Sumolings who want to upgrade to more seats. Currently discussing it with the team, but will keep you posted! :)
5. Write to us and we'll add more email credits to your plan, free of charge. In the upcoming week(s), we'll add an option to purchase email credits. The thing is that we want to provide only 100% verified and relevant data (real-time), so that's why we're not just integrating everything. We're currently negotiating with Apollo and other 3rd party data providers, so down the road we'll probably add phone numbers as well.
