I can only use Zoom to do the Live webinar? or I can use another tool? i'm lost in that.
Hi :) I bought 2 codes in the last round and am considering stacking more, as I understand I can now stream through BeLive, to i.e. YouTube live and then connect it to HeySummit, but... When I log into the HeySummit backend, I only see, Zoom, BigMarker, and LiveWebinar as options? Is the YouTube integration not rolled out yet? And would you consider integration with BeLive? Also, I tried to go to the link with the roadmap, but it gave an error - is it still possible to see it? Looking so forward to when I'll actively begin using HeySummit :)
Is anyone else having trouble redeeming their codes? I stacked my codes which the platform said were accepted then I got some strange something went wrong page. When I go to log in it shows no appsumo account, no plan and when I tried to re-input the redemption codes, it said they were already used??? I also expected to get a confirmation email or on-board instructions but got neither? I know my email is right because it will allow me to sign in with it. I hope this is just a glitch, I've bought a lot of appsumo deals and this is the first time I have ever had a redemption issue.
