Q: A question was asked before and there was an answer: Q: Will CNAME-Domains still work when we change the status from active to archive?
Answer from HS team:
Yes they will technically still work, but if a member of the public goes to that URL after you've archived the event, they will be shown a holding page telling them that the event no longer exists.
My question: Is it possible to set a redirection from the holding page to our custom page where we can have registration forms to collect emails from those who are interested in this summit?
And my second question is about payment system.
As far as I understand purchases are being made between the attendee and HeySummit through Stripe and may be PayPal in the future. I live in a country where Stripe and PayPal are not available for recieving money.
My question:
Is it possible to get my money using Wire Transfer from your company?
I can understand that there will be hire rates for me in this case but this is the only way for me at this stage to use your service.

May 15, 2024A: Hey Gulnara - thanks for the questions. Please find my answers below:
1) Yes they will still work - as long as you don’t change your DNS records, your custom domain will continue to point to your HeySummit event. However, if you archive the summit, then you are basically turning it off from the general public and as such, all of its content is hidden. If you need users to be redirected to a different URL then your best option is to simply update your DNS record with an alternative CNAME.
2) Ah great question. Whilst I can’t provide exact guarantees at this stage (since we are in the middle of planning out our strategy regarding offering wider payment method support) i do expect that we will offer not just Stripe and Paypal, but also other options. I hope one of these is direct wire transfer. We will be able to confirm more in the near future... if not next week the week after I would expect.
Hope the above helps answer your questions. I’m here if there’s anything else I can help with.
Thanks and I hope you have a great weekend.
