May 25, 2025A: Hey Miggy, thanks for reaching out.
The attendee limit is set at the account level, considering the combination of all active events. If you have five active events, each with a thousand attendees, that means you have five thousand attendees in total against your account-based attendee quota.
Do note that we only count attendees for active events. An event is no longer considered active if any of the following scenarios is true:
1. The event has been unpublished.
2. The event has been archived.
3. The event remains open so that existing attendees can continue to access the content and watch replays, but you have registrations turned off for new attendees.
If any of these three conditions are true, we will no longer consider the event as being active for the purposes of counting the attendee quota.
I hope this helps. Just let me know if anything is unclear. Many thanks.
Excellent, comprehensive response, thank you!
My pleasure :)
