Q: Can we use our own payment processors?
Is it possible to use our own payment processors (eg. Thrivecart)?

We currently support Stripe or PayPal as primary payment processors. When using one of those, it is your actual Stripe or PayPal account that you're connecting. So, in that sense, yes, you are using your own payment account for those.
We also support ThriveCart as an external provider, and that again would be your account. Once connected, any payments made on that particular ThriveCart product will then be synced via webhooks to your HeySummit event to ensure that the attendee in question is assigned the correct ticket and linked to your event.
Hope this helps. Just shout if you have any further questions.
Ben
Just to clarify, does this mean that we need a full stack in order to use Thrivecart since it will require webhooks?
If we use thrivecart, I'm assuming there'd be no fees?
Actually, Thrivecart is included on all tiers :) And yep, you're quite right. Because Thrivecart would be handling payment processing on their side, there would be no fees from us.
