Q: Could you please add "Tamil" language? Also looking forward to RazorPay...
Planning to buy top tier. Would like to know about the following:
If we use pre recorded videos stored at Gumlet, will the attendees be able to download those videos while watching them. We want the attendees to only view the videos and not able to download it. Does the videos play using the Gumlet player or your own custom player?
Is it possible to add attendees manually from the backend? If possible, will you charge any transaction fees for that?
Is it possible to have PDFs, which can be viewed by the attendees but not downloadable?
Any ETAs on RazorPay integration?
Thank you so much for bringing this great product to Appsumo.

Jun 10, 2025A: Hey there, thanks so much for reaching out.
I've just checked, and we don't currently have the facility to support Tamil as our translation process is partly dictated by the languages supported by DeepL (deepl.com). As such, it's not something we can currently support, though we will continue to check if DeepL supports it in the future.
In terms of your question about Gumlet, we do use Gumlet's own player, not our own. Any player controls and download controls would be dictated by Gumlet, and in most cases, they will be settings that you can alter in your Gumlet account.
Regarding manually adding attendees, yes, absolutely. You can either have attendees register themselves, or if you prefer, you can manually add them or import them. However, do note that we have quite strict controls over emails being sent from the platform when attendees are imported. It is very important that attendees give permission to be added to an event.
Regarding PDFs, you can absolutely attach a wide array of downloadable media for your attendees to access. Note that this does download the item and doesn't serve it in a view-only capability.
Lastly, in terms of Razorpay, we don't have an ETA at this point, but we are hoping to roll it out in the next few weeks. We are using this as an opportunity to completely refactor our payment backend so that we can support Razorpay and a larger number of integrations in the future.
Thanks again for the great questions and for the kind words and hopefully we'll look forward to seeing you over on HeySummit soon.
